Cancellation Policy

At Wax and Relax, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life can get in the way, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, which helps cover the time and preparation set aside for your visit.
