Ear acupuncture (also known as auriculotherapy) is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses very fine needles placed in specific points on the outer ear. These points correspond to different areas of the body and nervous system. It’s widely used to help reduce stress, anxiety, tension, poor sleep and emotional overwhelm – with many clients reporting a sense of calm, clarity and balance after just one session.

What’s Included
This is a solo appointment, starting with a short consultation to understand your needs and any current stress triggers. Five small, sterile acupuncture needles are gently placed in each ear and left in position while you rest in a quiet, comfortable space. After 30–40 minutes, the needles are removed, and the session ends with a few moments of stillness to allow you to come back into your day gently.
Who is it for?
Ideal for men dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood or poor sleep – especially if you're looking for a gentle, non-verbal approach. This treatment works well alongside talk therapy, massage or other holistic practices, or simply on its own. No previous experience of acupuncture is needed, and everything is explained before we begin.
Appointment Duration & Frequency
This is a 60-minute appointment, including consultation, treatment and aftercare. While some feel a benefit after just one session, a course of 4 to 6 weekly appointments is often recommended to support longer-term emotional balance and nervous system regulation.
